1. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange (forex), gold (XAUUSD), contracts for difference (CFDs), and other leveraged financial products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

You could sustain a loss of some or all of your capital. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. It is generally reported that a large majority of retail traders lose money.

All content published on this website, in The Trading Roadmap ebook, in the free sample chapters, in consultation and coaching sessions, and on any associated social media accounts (X, Instagram, Telegram) is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Prop firm evaluations carry their own risk. Challenge and evaluation fees paid to third-party proprietary trading firms are paid to those firms, not to us, and are generally non-refundable if you fail the evaluation. Each firm sets its own rules, drawdown limits, payout terms, and eligibility restrictions, and may change them at any time. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, any third-party firm's decisions, fees, account terminations, or payouts.

2. Earnings Disclaimer

The payout certificates shown on this site — including the FundingPips and The5ers certificates and any reference to "$30K+ in verified payouts" — are the author's own documented, personal results. They are shared as proof of the author's experience — not as a promise, projection, or guarantee of results you may achieve.

These results are not typical. Individual results vary widely and depend on factors including (but not limited to) your experience, discipline, capital, risk management, market conditions, and time devoted to practice. Many people who study trading never become profitable, and a large majority of prop firm candidates never pass an evaluation.

Third-party results. The payout screenshots and certificates displayed in the community gallery belong to other traders and are published with their permission. They are those individuals' own results, are not verified or audited by us beyond the images provided, and are not representative of what any reader, student, or customer should expect. No payment or incentive is given in exchange for these images.

References such as "from zero to your first funded payout" describe the author's personal journey and the educational structure of the book. They are not a claim that you will earn any specific amount. No purchase on this site entitles you to any financial result. The $27 ebook, the $99 consultation, and the $279 coaching program are payments for educational material and time — not for an outcome.

Consultation and coaching improve preparation and understanding. They cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass any prop firm evaluation, receive any payout, recover any fee, or achieve profitability. Any timeframe mentioned (for example, a four-week coaching program) describes the length of the program, not the time in which you will become profitable or funded.

The giveaway is not an income claim. Winning the funded account described in section 5 gives the winner access to a trading account under a third-party firm's rules. It does not guarantee any profit, payout, or that the account will be retained. See Giveaway Rules for full terms.

3. Terms of Service

By purchasing, entering, or otherwise using anything on this website, you agree to the following terms:

• What we sell. The Trading Roadmap — a 10-chapter digital ebook, currently US$27, delivered as an instant PDF download after checkout, including free updates to the book for as long as it is published. 1-Hour Consultation — US$99, a single 60-minute 1-on-1 educational session by video call. Prop Firm Coaching — US$279, a four-week 1-on-1 educational program delivered by video call and messaging. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
• Free sample chapters. The Introduction and Chapter 1 are free to read after you verify your email address with a one-time code. Verification exists to confirm the address is yours and to prevent abuse. The sample is provided as-is and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's own terms. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank fees, or currency-conversion charges that apply in your country.
• Delivery. The ebook download is made available immediately after your payment clears. If delivery fails for any reason, contact us at the email address in section 4 and we will re-send it.
• Refunds. Because the ebook is a digital product delivered instantly, all ebook sales are final once the download has been made available, except where a refund is required by the consumer-protection law of your country. Consultation and coaching may be cancelled or rescheduled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the first scheduled session; after that point, and for missed sessions ("no-shows"), fees are non-refundable. Refund requests go to the contact email in section 4.
• Applications. Consultation and coaching are application-based. Submitting an application is not a purchase and does not guarantee a place; we may decline any application for any lawful reason, and no charge is made unless and until you are accepted and pay.
• License. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, share, upload, republish, or use any product or its contents to train an automated or machine-learning system, without written permission.
• Intellectual property. All content — text, design, images, 3D assets, and materials — is the property of Hassan Trade FX and is protected by copyright. Third-party names, logos, and certificates remain the property of their owners.
• Acceptable use. You may not scrape or bulk-download the site, submit false or automated form entries, attempt to bypass the email-verification step, interfere with the site's operation, or use any material here to impersonate us or to promote a signals, fund-management, or account-management service.
• Partnerships and sponsorships. We accept collaboration enquiries from prop firms, brokers, and crypto exchanges through the collaboration form. Any such partnership may be paid. A paid or unpaid partnership is never an endorsement, a recommendation, or a statement that a firm is suitable for you, and we will disclose sponsored content where it appears. Do your own due diligence before sending money to any firm.
• Third-party services and links. This site relies on third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, Google) and links to external sites and social accounts. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, to enter the giveaway, or to submit any form on this site.
• No advice relationship. Purchasing a product or service does not create a financial-advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or client relationship.
• Availability. The site and its products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that any content is error-free.
• Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hassan Trade FX shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost evaluation or challenge fees, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our educational content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
• Indemnity. You agree to hold Hassan Trade FX harmless from any claim arising out of your own trading decisions, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of our materials.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hassan Trade FX is established, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
• Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
• Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This section explains exactly what this site collects, where it goes, and how to get it removed.

• Free chapters. We collect your email address and send you an 8-digit one-time code to verify it. Verification is handled by Supabase Auth, which creates a basic account record tied to that address.
• Giveaway entry. We collect your name, email address, trading experience level, and the strategy you trade, so we can run the draw and contact the winner.
• Coaching / consultation application. We collect your name, email address, which offer you selected, your experience level, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Collaboration enquiries. We collect your company name, contact name, email address, company website, and message.
• Where it is stored. Form entries are stored in our database at Supabase (a hosted Postgres service). The coaching application and collaboration forms are also delivered through Netlify Forms, which emails them to us and keeps a copy in our Netlify account. The site itself is hosted on Netlify, whose servers log standard request data such as IP address and browser type.
• How it's used. Only to do the thing you asked for — send the free chapters, run the giveaway, reply to your application or enquiry, deliver what you bought — and to send occasional educational or product emails. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment and billing details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only the confirmation of your order and the email you used.
• Analytics and cookies. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-L5C159PZSG). It sets cookies and collects pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address, so we can see aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use it to build advertising profiles and we do not run ad-retargeting pixels. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings, a content blocker, or Google's official opt-out add-on.
• Other third parties loaded by the page. Google Fonts and the jsDelivr CDN (which serves the Supabase and 3D libraries) receive your IP address as a technical necessity of loading those files.
• Browser storage. The site stores a small flag in your browser so the giveaway pop-up doesn't reappear after you dismiss it, and may keep a local copy of an email you submitted so a form isn't lost. This stays on your device, is not tracking, and clearing your browser data removes it.
• International transfers. Our providers (Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, Google) operate servers outside your country, including in the United States. Submitting a form means your data may be processed there under those providers' safeguards.
• Retention. We keep form entries for as long as they are useful for the purpose above — and for purchases, for as long as we are required to keep transaction records — then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
• Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold, to withdraw consent, and to object to marketing. Email us and we will action it, normally within 30 days, at no charge.
• Children. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
• Security. We use reputable providers and transmit all data over HTTPS. No online service can promise perfect security, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
• Unsubscribe. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Giveaway Rules

The biweekly funded-account giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Hassan Trade FX (the "Sponsor"). By entering, you agree to these rules.

• No purchase necessary. Entry is free. Buying any product or service does not increase your chances of winning and is not required to enter or win.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family are not eligible.
• How to enter. Complete the Giveaway form on this site (name, trading experience, strategy, and a valid email address). One entry per person per drawing; duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.
• Drawing. Approximately every two weeks, one entrant is selected at random from eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
• Prize. One funded trading account with a starting balance of approximately US$25,000, provided through a third-party prop firm at the Sponsor's discretion (or, at the Sponsor's option, the fee required to obtain such an account). Approximate value varies by firm. The prize is the funded account only — it does not guarantee any profit, payout, continued funding, or that any trading objective will be met, and no cash alternative is offered unless stated by the Sponsor.
• Winner notification. The winner is contacted by email at the address entered. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
• No affiliation. This Giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any prop firm, broker, or third party. All company and product names are the property of their respective owners.
• Your data. Emails collected for the Giveaway are handled in line with our Privacy Policy above and are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
• Not financial advice. Nothing about this Giveaway is financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading carries a high risk of loss; a funded account is never guaranteed.
• Changes. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Giveaway at any time, and may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or in breach of these rules.
