- Intellectual property. All content — text, design, images, and materials — is the property of Hassan Trade FX and is protected by copyright.
- Refunds. Refund terms for digital products are stated at the point of purchase on the checkout page.

We respect your privacy. This section explains what we collect and how it is used.
- What we collect. When you join our email list or submit a form, we collect your email address and any information you voluntarily provide (e.g., name, message).
- How it's used. To deliver the content you requested (launch updates, free materials, purchase delivery) and to send occasional educational emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
- Service providers. Form submissions are processed by Netlify (hosting and form handling). Email delivery and future payments may be processed by providers such as MailerLite, Gumroad, or Stripe, each governed by their own privacy policies.
- Cookies & analytics. This site may use basic analytics to understand visitor traffic. No personally identifying tracking is intentionally performed beyond standard analytics.
